What is Guided By Purpose?
Guided By Purpose Reentry Initiative, Inc. is a grassroots organization dedicated to empowering justice-impacted individuals and their families. We provide support both inside and outside prison walls—addressing the root causes that lead to incarceration, offering opportunities for personal growth during incarceration, and ensuring a smoother reintegration process after release.
Our work focuses on helping people rebuild their lives, reconnect with loved ones, and contribute positively to their communities. We believe in cultivating leadership at every stage—supporting people in becoming role models and change-makers during and after incarceration. At the same time, we remain committed to breaking the cycles of incarceration and inner-city violence that affect too many families across the nation.
