Guided By Purpose Reentry Initiative, Inc. (GBP) is a grassroots, justice-impacted-led 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to advancing restorative justice through healing, accountability, repair, and community transformation. We organize, strategize, and mobilize alongside justice-impacted people, communities, and organizations to address harm, strengthen relationships, and build pathways toward ending mass incarceration.

Grounded in the belief that lasting safety comes through restoration—not punishment—we work both inside and outside prison walls to support personal growth, successful reentry, violence prevention, and community healing. Through restorative justice practices, civic education, leadership development, and community organizing, we equip people with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to become agents of change in their families, neighborhoods, and institutions.
